Measures approximately 7 inches around & 2.5 inches at its widest points.

- For reference, my wrist is slightly over 2 inches at its widest points & about 6.5 inches around.

Size is slightly adjustable to be tighter. If you need a bigger size, I can add rings to accommodate. Please leave a note at checkout if this option is needed!
